How to save X videos on Android and iPhone
Copy the post, not the profile
In the X app, open the post containing the video and use Share to copy its link. Open Clipmora in your phone browser and paste the link into the finder. Keep the link complete, including /status/ and the post number. Public broadcast links under /i/broadcasts/ are also supported.
Android: Chrome and your Downloads folder
Choose a quality and open the available MP4. A direct video can open in a separate browser tab; use the video menu or the browser’s download action if it plays instead of saving. For a prepared file, wait for the ready message and select Download MP4. Look in Chrome’s Downloads list or the Files app. Menu names depend on your phone and browser version.
iPhone: Safari, Files and Photos
Open Clipmora in Safari, find the public video and select an available quality. Use the browser’s download or share action when the MP4 opens. A downloaded file is usually accessible through Safari’s downloads list and the Files app. If your iPhone offers Save Video in the share sheet, you can also save a compatible file to Photos. The available actions depend on iOS and the video.
When you need a moment that already passed
For an ongoing broadcast, choose recent past footage to save segments already available. Choose from the beginning only if the tool confirms it is available. Record what comes next is for new footage and takes time to capture. Keep the page open while a broadcast file is being prepared; Clipmora does not promise background recording after you close it.
Save space and avoid expired links
Use a lower available quality for a smaller file. Prepared links expire, so save the file when it becomes ready. A file already saved to your device is unaffected by the link expiring. If no file opens, check the source post on X and read the troubleshooting guide; private or deleted media cannot be recovered.
Use the shortcut in your browser
When the post is open at x.com in your browser, add clipmora before x.com without changing the rest of the link. This opens clipmorax.com with the post path. Changing an address in the X app is not always possible; copying the post link is the alternative.
